All was back to normal this week after last week’s Flash Competition, and we were happily ensconced once again in our favorite corner at Halligans. Life is good. We were tonight: Lindsay, Jennifer, Bob, Ferne, Don, John L., Jeff, John T., Dean, and myself — Tomek. At our end of the table we discussed local theater productions, ushering, what to get your Mom for Christmas, some older acts in concert (including, yes, the Oak Ridge Boys), how hockey has changed, Florida, old race tracks, the Shaker Museum in Canterbury, printing presses and twins, Bonnie Raitt, road rage incidents, square dancing (and dancing in general), and spring. You shoulda been there. As always, a good time was had by all.
